This webcast will address key elements of a “system-based’ approach to implementing and sustaining Customized Employment (CE) in states. Key elements of the approach will be discussed including the CE Readiness Assessment, The CE Implementation Roadmap, consistent utilization of the “Essential Elements of CE for Universal Application” and the CE Sustainability plan. The presenters will give detailed examples of states where this strategy was employed. CE data gathering and evaluation strategies will also be discussed.
