The world seemed to stop in the Spring of 2020 as people learned that COVID-19, a potentially deadly virus, was among us. Following government recommendations, state vocational rehabilitation agencies quickly began to explore ways to continue providing essential services to people with disabilities remotely to protect the health and well-being of all.

Agencies Develop and Adopt Effective Practices

A year later, agencies are effectively providing vocational rehabilitation services to meet the ongoing employment and quality of life needs of people with disabilities. Here are some of the best practices adopted by state agencies for remote service delivery.
