This webinar will provide an overview of the Randolph-Sheppard Vending Facility Program and the AbilityOne Program, and provide information contained in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)  between the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, and the U.S. Department of Education’s Rehabilitation Services Administration.

The MOU describes how they agree to work together to increase communication and understanding between the agencies regarding which opportunities are appropriate for persons who are blind to operate vending facilities under the Randolph-Sheppard Act and which are appropriate for placement on the Procurement List under the Javits-Wagner-O’Day (JWOD) Act.

Questions may be sent in advance to: Christine Grassman at Christine.Grassman@ed.gov.
