    About this Event:

In our Supported Employment 101 training module we provided a broad overview of supported employment to include gathering information about your customers, building relationships with employers, job site training and follow along.

In the Supported Employment - Next Steps, we will take a deeper dive in how to provide support to our job seekers with disabilities once they become employed. To stay employed, we as rehabilitation professionals need to ensure we are providing individuals with disabilities with the support they need to not only succeed but advance in their new roles.

    Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this module, you will have a better understanding of:

    1. How to analyze an environment prior to providing support to a new employee with a disability.
    2. How to write a task analysis.

    Event Format:

30-minute presentation on supported employment, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session with our presenters.
