This session highlights how AI-powered tools are transforming the early stages of vocational rehabilitation and workforce development. Presenters demonstrate the real-world application of conversational AI in outreach and intake, featuring a platform called Hello that personalizes onboarding, matches job seekers with opportunities, and improves counselor efficiency. Participants will explore lessons learned, early results, and two case studies that show how AI-driven systems can enhance access, build trust, and support long-term employment for people with disabilities.
