This session explores the wide-ranging impact of the VRTAC-QE project on vocational rehabilitation (VR) systems through five years of targeted collaboration, training, and evaluation. Presenters highlight how intensive, targeted, and universal technical assistance have enhanced service quality, built agency capacity, and advanced the adoption of innovative employment strategies. Participants will learn about VRTAC-QE’s six core objectives, the measurable improvements observed in employment outcomes, and the tools and partnerships developed to support sustainable change across the VR landscape.

- Examine how different tiers of technical assistance—intensive, targeted, and universal—have been implemented to strengthen VR service delivery and support competitive integrated employment.
