This session highlights the importance of self-management in rehabilitation, focusing on individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Presenters share a self-management program developed by UW-Madison that supports MS patients in setting goals, improving self-efficacy, and managing their own progress. Participants will gain insights into the value of empowering individuals in their own rehabilitation process and how such models can be expanded to other disability populations.
