About this Session
This session presents interim evaluation findings from Nebraska’s Career Pathways Advancement Project (CPAP 2.0), a Disability Innovation Fund model demonstration grant. Building on the original CPAP pilot, the current project expands services to individuals with significant disabilities, using a dual-customer approach that emphasizes career advancement for workers and support for employers. Presenters share data on employment outcomes, business partnerships, and participant feedback, while also addressing implementation challenges, sustainability planning, and strategies for replication in other states.
