About this Session
Self Care is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle and quality of life. As we learned during Covid-19 and many other types of disasters, all communities should consider Self Care at the top of the list. As time pushes forward there are certainly some major objectives to consider.
During this session, we will explore the reasons why self care is so important, especially during times of crisis. Diverse communities experience a particularly critical need for self care and in this session we'll discuss the reasons for that and how communities provide a support role.
