QE Success Stories: Expanding Employment for All
In Colorado, VR Counselor Andrea Persson partnered with a mental health court to support justice-involved clients. After engaging in TACQE’s Justice-Involved Learning Community, she adapted the Mock Job Interview Guide into a gamified exercise.
The activity gave participants a safe space to practice interviewing skills. The result: increased confidence, practical learning, and a fun approach to job readiness.
