    About this Event:

    In this training, we will take a closer look at specific factors that present challenges and needs in Vocational Rehabilitation of Hispanic Individuals with Disabilities. These factors will focus on the (a) types of discrimination / racial profiling, (b) education, stigma, and culture, (c) improvements and developments, and (d) models of success.

    Upon completion of this module, the viewer will have a better understanding of:

    • The employment and vocational rehabilitation (VR) experiences of Hispanics with disabilities
    • How to understand factors that can influence employment outcomes for Hispanics with disabilities
    • How to identify VR service disparities faced by Hispanics with disabilities
