Success Tips & Helpful Hints Series: VR Hearing Officers and Participants

This series provides success tips and helpful hints to help vocational rehabilitation hearing officers and participants prepare for, conduct, and write final decisions for administrative fair hearings. It can also assist in preparing individuals who wish to represent themselves in a hearing.

One module can help VR staff, who are not attorneys, present their agency’s case at an administrative fair hearing. The final module can help to prepare individuals who have been called as witnesses for what to expect at a hearing
