About the Training:
Join us for an in-person event for Nebraska Vocational Rehabilitation vendors. This training will focus on Supported Employment best practices, the phases of Supported Employment, job site fading, and strategies for addressing challenging behaviors.
Learning Objectives:
- Develop a working knowledge of the phases of Supported Employment and best practices throughout the process.
- Expand understanding of effective job development techniques and how to partner with employers.
- Learn how to implement evidence-based practices into the job training and fading phases of Supported Employment.
- Discuss case studies and brainstorm ways to work through challenging behavior at the workplace.
