As dual minorities, Hispanics and Asians with disabilities may face unique challenges when it comes to employment and vocational rehabilitation (VR). Given disability is stigmatizing for both Hispanics and Asians with disabilities, they may not seek help from VR agencies. This training will introduce strategies for improving quality employment outcomes for Hispanics and Asians with disabilities.

Learning Objectives:

  • Introduce new strategies to improve quality employment outcomes for Hispanics and Asians with disabilities.
  • Examine quality employment outcomes among Hispanics and Asians with disabilities.
  • Synthesize future strategies for improving quality employment outcomes for Hispanics and Asians with disabilities.
