In this training, we will talk about contemporary approaches implemented by state, federal, and community rehabilitation and health agencies to improve employment outcomes for Veterans with disabilities. We will also talk about how to improve the relationship between vocational rehabilitation counselors and Veterans with disabilities, which will eventually improve vocational rehabilitation engagement among Veterans with disabilities.

  • Develop a toolkit to work effectively with Veteran customers.
  • Practice certain strategies to improve employment outcomes among Veteran customers.
