This Outreach Guide presents solutions and strategies to enhance vocational rehabilitation outreach. Existing barriers may impede access to vocational rehabilitation, however there are strategies that can mitigate these barriers. Outreach strategies provide avenues to communities otherwise missed and provide ways for vocational rehabilitation to interact with new communities. This guide assists agencies with finding those avenues and better meeting the needs of these communities.

These materials are available for distribution to high school students, young people, business owners, and the general public for the purpose of publicizing vocational rehabilitation services and contact information.
