Research Summary: Understanding Employer Hiring Intentions in Relation to Qualified Workers with Disabilities: Preliminary Findings
This study conducted three semi-structured focus groups with key hiring decision makers from small, medium, and large sized companies to get a sense of their beliefs, normative influences, and perceived control relative to hiring workers with disabilities.
