The session delves into Implementation Science, defined as the scientific study of methods and strategies facilitating the adoption of evidence-based practices. Presenters discuss evidence-based strategies for promoting long-term and high-quality employment, covering topics such as internships and work-based learning experiences. Additionally, the VRTAC-QE's training and technical assistance topics, implementation processes, and a supported employment policy pilot are explored, emphasizing the importance of building knowledge, applying it in practice, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
