This training emphasizes the importance of building culturally responsive vocational rehabilitation (VR) services through collaboration between Tribal VR programs and state VR agencies. Participants will explore how these partnerships help address the unique needs of tribal members with disabilities, leveraging culturally appropriate practices such as holistic traditional healing. The session provides insights into effective strategies for developing shared cases and individualized plans for employment (IPEs) that align with both tribal values and state VR requirements, fostering inclusive employment outcomes and mutual understanding.
