VRTAC-QE Customized Training Toolkit Development & Overview
About this Session
In this session, we revisit the creation of the Customized Training Toolkit and explore how it can help Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals engage with businesses to enhance employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This session provides an overview of the collaborative efforts of the Customized Training Learning Community, including insights into the toolkit’s development phases, from conceptualization to evaluation. We also offer a preview of the toolkit’s contents, which include policy guidelines, practical resources, and marketing materials that can be used to strengthen partnerships between VR agencies and employers.

- Gain an understanding of the Customized Training Toolkit’s structure and purpose, including its role in supporting VR professionals to implement customized training programs.
