This training session focuses on the importance and ethics of psychological safety in the workplace for individuals with disabilities. Psychological safety is defined as the belief that team members can freely express their ideas, questions, and concerns without fear of punishment or humiliation. The session will explore the critical role of psychological safety in fostering inclusive and supportive work environments. Participants will learn about the detrimental effects of low psychological safety on creativity and morale, as well as practical strategies to create a culture of trust, collaboration, and empowerment within organizations.
