About this Session
This training focuses on implementing holistic approaches within vocational rehabilitation (VR) to empower neurodivergent individuals. Participants will explore the use of strength-based frameworks and trauma-informed practices, which recognize the unique strengths and challenges faced by neurodivergent job seekers. The session also covers the application of Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) principles within VR to foster meaningful connections and support sustainable employment outcomes. Through practical examples, participants will learn strategies for promoting inclusion and addressing barriers to employment.
