Participants will explore strategies for building sustainable relationships that align the goals of both employers and VR agencies to improve employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Through practical exercises such as network mapping and real-world examples, the session highlights how coordinated efforts and social capital can enhance inclusive hiring practices and foster competitive integrated employment.
