This training provides an in-depth exploration of the ethical frameworks guiding rehabilitation and counseling professionals. The session covers the core ethical principles embedded in the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and the American Counseling Association (ACA) Codes of Ethics. Participants will explore key ethical values such as respect, trust, and accountability, along with the mechanisms that hold professionals accountable, including state licensure boards and ethics committees. The training highlights the importance of continuous ethical awareness and self-evaluation to promote client welfare and maintain professional integrity.
