About this Session
This training session focuses on promoting quality career pathways for individuals with disabilities through the public Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program. Participants will explore the importance of integrating career pathways into VR services, with a focus on innovative strategies and initiatives such as RSA’s Career Pathways Demonstration and Disability Innovation Fund projects. By examining successful case studies and partnerships across various states, this session aims to demonstrate how career pathways can enhance competitive integrated employment and long-term economic self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities.
