Andree Dolan is Director of Strategic Initiatives for Yolobe, Inc. As a senior business strategy, sales, and marketing executive primarily in the technology industry, Ms. Dolan brings more than two decades of experience in helping businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs execute their strategic goals and communications plans, establish new programs, and increase customer and partner engagement. Ms. Dolan has deep experience in private, public, and nonprofit sectors, and brings a unique combination of expertise in technology, product development, marketing, DEI initiatives, and disability inclusion.

At Yolobe, Ms. Dolan leads strategic business development to establish, manage, and grow critical partner initiatives. As a mobile-first, purpose-driven community platform and app, yolBe is focused on helping young adults create a trusted professional social network where untapped talent can connect to career advisors, upskilling, and meaningful job opportunities. Key programs include Equal Access of Chicago, Upbound Staffing/Autism Alliance of Michigan, and DirectConnect Milwaukee.

Ms. Dolan has served as Vice President of Communications and Programs for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Director at TalentEi, and numerous sales and marketing management roles in the Microsoft partner channel for over twenty years.

David Douglas is the Founder & CEO of Yolobe Inc. He has devoted his entire professional career to helping clients maximize the value of their strategic IT initiatives. David is an expert on creating environments that help inspire and encourage both individuals and teams to higher levels of performance. It is this work, coupled with a belief that the Social web, used correctly, can have an incredibly positive impact on individuals and communities, that has led to the founding of Yolobe.

Prior to founding Yolobe, David started two other companies. The first was an angel-backed Sales Force Automation software company he sold in 2002 and the second is a consulting services company that focuses on Agile and Lean software adoption and large scale program implementation services. He helped start the Data Warehousing practice at American Management Systems and was one of the first consultants to join IBM’s Business Intelligence practice. He graduated with a BSFS degree in International Finance from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University and L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po).
