This training explores the roles of vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies in supporting inclusive apprenticeships, with a focus on fostering partnerships to expand access for individuals with disabilities. Participants will gain insights into the apprenticeship ecosystem, including the design, recruitment, onboarding, and support phases, with a focus on practices that promote inclusion. Through case studies and real-world examples, the session highlights strategies for VR agencies to collaborate with employers, policy makers, and other stakeholders to create sustainable, inclusive apprenticeship programs that offer career growth opportunities for diverse populations.

- Understand the role of VR agencies in developing and sustaining inclusive apprenticeships, including their potential to serve as referral sources, program advisors, and policy advocates.
