This comprehensive model seeks to stimulate and support systems change within Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies, aligning their programs, policies, procedures, and practices with Career Pathways initiatives.

Who is this for?
This Career Pathways Toolkit was created for Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, Community Resource Providers, consumers, and other stakeholders. Some resources are meant as introductory materials for those who are new to the Career Pathways model and other materials are practical tools to assist with implementation.
How was the toolkit created?
This Toolkit was developed through the Vocational Rehabilitation Technical Assistance Center for Quality Employment (VRTAC-QE). It was created by a Learning Community on Career Pathways composed of State Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, Program Managers, Training & Development Coordinators, Community Resource Providers, and Researchers.
