The VRTAC Veteran Employment Needs Assessment Tool was developed by the Veteran Learning Community, designed to assist veterans with disabilities in securing employment.
By leveraging feedback from a wide array of stakeholders, including State-Federal vocational rehabilitation counselors, VA vocational rehabilitation counselors, and community rehabilitation agencies, the tool reflects a robust understanding of the multifaceted challenges veterans with disabilities encounter in their pursuit of employment.
As agencies integrate this tool into their practice, they can better identify and address the unique barriers veterans face, ultimately fostering enhanced vocational outcomes and promoting the holistic well-being of this deserving population.
